CONSUMER TERMS OF SALE for Auto-Trix.com

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AND RETAIN A COPY OF THESE TERMS AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
1. Contract
1.1 These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Auto-Trix.com, London, UK
1.2 No contract exists between you and Auto-Trix.com for the sale of any goods until Auto-Trix.com has received and accepted your order and received payment in full (in cleared funds). Once Auto-Trix.com does so, there is a binding legal contract between you and Auto-Trix.com.
1.3 Acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you via e-mail when you place your order, but acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will not take place until after your payment is taken and you receive your acceptance e-mail. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
1.4 The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below).
1.5 Auto-Trix.com may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.
2. Description and price of the goods
2.1 The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown on Auto-Trix.com website at the time you place your order.
2.2 The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, Auto-Trix.com will inform you as soon as possible and/or re-credit your account for any sum that has been paid by you .
2.3 Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on Auto-Trix.com website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, Auto-Trix.com will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. Auto-Trix.com will allow a 7 day period for you to contact them directly to confirm the order . If you cancel the order, or if the order is cancelled automatically due to the expiry of the 7 day period, Auto-Trix.com will re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you into your account so that you can use it in future purchases.
2.4 All prices quoted on the website include shipping cost for UK based customers, outside UK shipping charges apply, this cost is calculated once you place the order directly from Auto-Trix.com website.

3. Payment
3.1 Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on Auto-Trix.com website at the time you place your order. Payment needs to be made before order is delivered.
3.2 Orders are not processed until money is shown in our accounts.
4. Delivery
4.1 The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.

4.2 Orders placed before 12.00 pm will be processed the same day and arrangements for products to be packed and delivered will be arranged. Delivery times may vary and depending on the quantity of items ordered and the availability will depend on the delivery time. Delivery will be between 3 - 12 Days depending on your location and the above mentioned conditions
4.3 If there is a problem with the delivery of your package or if the courier company can not deliver the goods. Auto-Trix.com will request item to be returned and send it via other means. You will be adviced of such change via email.
4.4 If you deliberately fail to accept the goods delivered, Auto-Trix.com will:
4.4.1 Not credit the account , charge you for the shipping cost incured to Auto-Trix.com.
4.4.2 Deduct 20% of the total price of the item to cover for storage cost.
4.5 If you fail to accept delivery because you have cancelled your order beforehand, but after the order has been processed and sent. You are to accept the item and return the item back to Auto-Trix.com at your own expense. Once item is received, your account will be re-credited and such credit can be used for any future purchase. 20% will be deducted from the total to cover storage cost.
4.6 Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been processed. However please note some items are ordered direct from manufacturer so a small delay is sometimes incurred as manufacturer has to process and ship the order to us, or in some cases we will have items shipped direct from the manufacturer to your delivery address to speed up the delivery time.
4.7 Most packages need to be signed when received. If you notice the package is torn, or you think it has broken parts inside, you can accept the package and file a claim with the courier service directly. Make sure that you indicated next to the signature that the package is "unchecked" . We need for you to accept the package so that we can file a claim with the courier company. We will send a replacement as soon as the broken item is sent back.
5. Your right of cancellation
5.1 You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods .
5.2 To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Auto-trix.com by email giving details of the goods ordered and their delivery. Please email us This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it indicating that you wish to cancel the order.
5.3 For faulty items: you need to email Auto-Trix.com inmediately if the item you have received is faulty (within 7 days) or if an item you have used has become faulty at no fault of yours ( within 6 months after purchase). Faulty item is to be sent by the customer to us, we will test the item in our warehouse and if the item has become faulty we will send it to our provider for a thorough check. This may take from 2 weeks to 1 month. Once repaired item is sent back to Auto-Trix.com , we will then ship it inmediately back to you
5.4 Once you have notified you wish to cancel the order (before the order is processed) Auto-Trix.com will not send the order. If notification is received after order has been processed, you are to return the goods back to Auto-Trix.com and they will credit your account for future purchases.
5.5 Auto-Trix.com does NOT accept returns for downloadable items
6. Warranty
6.1 All goods supplied by Auto-Trix.com are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated).
6.2 This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by Auto-Trix.com , failure to follow the instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the approval of Auto-Trix.com tech support.
6.3 If the items received are damaged on delivery, you should notify Auto-Trix.com in writing via e-mail within 7 days.
6.4 If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify Auto-Trix.com in writing via our e-mail address , as soon as possible, within 7 days of the date you noticed the fault.

7. Customs rights

Government agency charged with enforcing the rules passed to protect the country's import and export revenues. Packages sent within the European Union do not need to pay such charges.
Customs rights may apply to goods which are sold from the European Union to any country outside the European union. Customer is responsible for taking care of paying these customs fees, and its paperwork. . Auto-Trix.com does not pay customs fee for items sent to various countries, nor do they have the list of possible fees whicg may be charged. If additional paperwork or proof of sale is requested by customs official, Auto-Trix.com will provide such information.
8. Data Protection
Auto-Trix.com does not share you personal details with any other company, other than the courier company. Details shared with our courier companies are the same details indicated by you in the shipping address section of your order form.In cases where there is a fraudulent charged made to your credit card, we may need (by law) to share information with the institution dealing with the matter . This information may be, IP address, billing addres, shipping address, full name, email.
