Purchasing,Orders & Returns

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit & debit cards, we also accept Paypal. All payments are processed through Paypals highly secure payment system.

Can you give us a pro-forma invoice before we make payment?

Unfortunatley we do not have the time or manpower to offer a pro-forma invoice, however if you proceed with the order online, but dont make the payment you will be emailed an order with exact costing details, this should suffice for your pro-forma invoice.

Do you offer wholesale services?

Yes we do, please contact us with the products you are interested in and the quantity you require. The larger the order the bigger discount we can give. Please note orders of 5pc or more of the same item is classified as wholesale.

When will I recieve my item?

Delivery times can vary, but all orders should be delivered between 3 - 10 Working days from payment date. This takes into account that some item are manufactured upon delivery, especially some of the diagnostic equipment. Please note some items may be delivered direct from the manufacturer to save time and keep the costs down.

If I decide I no longer want the item can I cancel the order?

Of course, if you decide you no longer require the items you have ordered then please contact us via email stating your name and order reference number. You will be notified once the order is cancelled and once the payment has been refunded to you.

Can I return the item if I decide I no longer want it?

Yes, all items may be returned in there original condition, and in original packaging for up to 30 days after the date of recieving the item. Please notify us of your intentions to return the item, and send item(s) back on a insured service. Once we have recieved the item and checked its condition we will issue a full refund minus the postage charges for delivery.

My item has been damaged upon delivery, what do I do now?

In the unlikely case that your items are recieved in faulty or poor condition please notify us immediatley, do not dispose of packaging. We will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible, however we will require you to send back the faulty item / damaged item, once our evaluation of the items condition has been made we will contact you to let you know when to expect a replacement, and also we will issue you a refund for the postage costs you incurred returning the item.

I've had my item for a while, but now its no longer working. Will you replace it?

If the item was ordered less than 12 months ago, then it will be covered in our 1 years warranty service. You will be required to send the item back to us at your own cost, and we will evaluate the condition and cause of the fault to your item. If we conclude the item has faulted through no fault of the user than we will repair where possible and return, or if deemed unrepairable we will send a replacement as soon as possible. Please note however a new warranty will not be given for replacement, your existing warranty from original purchase will still apply. If we believe the item has faulted due to human error, whether it be by accident, or general misuse the item will not be replaced, and it will be returned to you in its faulted condition.
